In order to renew your theme license, you need to go back to our premium themes section on our site and purchase the same theme again. Once you get to checkout, you will be able to able to insert your existing license by clicking "Click to renew an existing license":
Once you enter your license key and complete the purchase, your license will be extended by 1 year.
