When you purchase a pro theme, you should receive an automated email with your license key and a download link for the theme file. Once you click on the link you will download a .zip file that you will be able to upload as is to your WP portal as a new theme.
If you haven't received the email please wait 1-2 hours as sometimes it does take time for payments to be processed. Please also check your spam folder as sometimes these emails get filtered.
If these options don't work, please submit a ticket to our team with details on your purchase (order #, email used for your purchase) and we'll get back to you with the download details.
